Damages and Issues

We only offer replacements if your order arrives:

• Damaged
• Defective, or
• You receive the wrong item

If any of the above applies, please contact us at support@easyjugclean.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and photos if applicable. Once verified, we will ship you a replacement at no additional cost.

No Returns or Exchanges

At Easy Jug Clean, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of our product — cleaning tablets designed for 3–5 gallon water jugs — we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

This includes:

• Opened or unopened product packages
• Change of mind
• Accidental orders
• Dislike of the product after use

Please ensure you read the product description carefully before purchasing.

Usage & Performance Disclaimer

Product performance claims including the expected duration of a 6-month supply are based on following the recommended cleaning instructions provided on our website product page.

Using the product more frequently than directed, or outside the recommended 5–6 week cleaning interval, may shorten the total lifespan of the supply.

Replacements or refunds will not be issued in cases where performance issues result from incorrect usage or cleaning more frequently than recommended.
