This website is operated by Quenchpress LLC, doing business as Easy Jug Clean (branded and marketed as easy Jug clean). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Easy Jug Clean. Easy Jug Clean offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCT INFORMATION

Easy Jug Clean (marketed as easy Jug clean) sells cleaning tablets designed for 3–5 gallon water jugs. These are household-use products that dissolve in water to clean hard-to-reach areas inside the jugs.

While we provide general usage guidance (e.g., one pack designed to clean one jug for up to a year based on cleaning every three months using two tablets), actual results may vary depending on jug usage, storage conditions, and water quality. No specific duration of cleanliness is guaranteed.

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images, but cannot guarantee exact representation due to differences in device screens.

Easy Jug Clean uses a proprietary multi-phase formula that activates upon contact with water. While product visuals and descriptions outline the activation, cleaning, and finishing phases, customers should understand that most of these actions occur at a microscopic level. The visible fizzing represents only one part of the chemical reaction. No guarantee is made that each phase will be visibly noticeable during use. Effectiveness is not determined by visual cues alone.

SECTION 4 – MODIFICATIONS TO PRICING AND SERVICES

Product prices are subject to change without notice. We may discontinue or modify any part of the Service at any time without liability.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & AVAILABILITY

Products are available exclusively online through our website. Orders are fulfilled through our third-party logistics and fulfillment partner, eFulfillment Service.

We currently ship within the United States and to select international countries and regions.

We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities purchased per order, household, or customer
• Restrict or refuse sales to certain geographic areas, regions, or individuals
• Modify, suspend, or discontinue products or shipping options at any time without notice

International customers may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

All offers are void where prohibited by law.

SECTION 6 – RETURN AND REFUND

At Easy Jug Clean, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our product — cleaning tablets designed for 3–5 gallon water jugs — we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. This applies to both opened and unopened packages, as well as orders placed by mistake, changes of mind, or dissatisfaction after use.

We only offer replacements if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. If any of these issues apply, please contact us at support@easyjugclean.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos (if applicable). Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Please ensure you review the product description carefully before placing your order.

SECTION 7 – BILLING & ACCOUNT ACCURACY

We reserve the right to refuse any order. This may include limiting or canceling quantities purchased per customer or per household. If changes are made to an order, we will attempt to notify you via the contact info provided.

You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date billing and shipping information.

We may provide access to third-party tools or services “as is” without warranties. Use of these is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
