Fulfillment & Processing Time
All orders are processed and fulfilled by our third-party logistics partner, eFulfillment Service.
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time (Monday–Friday) are typically fulfilled and shipped the same business day.
- Orders placed after the cutoff time or on weekends/holidays are fulfilled and shipped the next business day.
Fulfillment times may occasionally vary during high-volume periods, but we aim to process all orders within 1 business day of placement.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times begin after your order has been fulfilled, not from the time the order is placed.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
